ARMOR OF GOD the MOST HIGH

There is often a battle in our lives, sometimes readily seen and sometimes not.  To be brief

there are situations with a family member, friends or people at work that challenges us.  Those situations can hurt us and cause some type of damage if we are not strong in our faith and walking closely with the Lord Jesus Christ.  Also, I know for a fact that Satan has done things and is constantly doing things I don't see that will cause me to fall and fail if I'm not careful and this applies to ALL of us.  If we go to church and consistently building up our spiritual walk or even if we are dedicated, "all out for Jesus", Christians we can slip once and that's all it takes for the "Prince of the the Air", better known as the Satan and his agents to slip in and and do damage.

However, if we are properly and thoroughly prepared the damage will be minimal or none at all.

Jesus does not promise a life without difficulty but he does promise peace and help...lots of help if we put our trust in him.

Stand strong and be firm on solid ground while you stand up in all situations (Matthew 7:24-27) and go through challenges.  The formula below is from the Lord, his words to his children as said thru Apostle Paul (Ephesians 6:10-18)

2 Chronicles 10:17 - "You will not have to fight this battle.  Take up your positions; stand firm

and see the deliverance the Lord will give you, Judah and Jerusalem. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. Go out to face them tomorrow and the Lord will be with you."

Phillipians 4:1- "Therefore, my beloved and brethren, my joy and crown, so stand fast in

the Lord, beloved."

Proverbs 11:30 - The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, And he who [a]wins

souls is wise. (Being righteous is not just going to church and doing what we can              when we can it means praying, studying God's word, fasting and growing the fruit of

spirit (peace, love, gentleness, self-control, etc.)

3 – The shoes of the gospel for peace -
Matthew 28:18 - 19 - Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven             and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all

nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy

       Spirit,…
Romans 5:1 and 5:11 - Therefore, since we have been justified through                              faith, we[a] have
peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. ...

..we boast in God through our Lord Jesus Christ..   We become servants on display

for all to see that we are God's light for the world.

4 – The shield of faith -
Mark 11:22 - Have faith in God,” Jesus answered (read 11:23)
Proverbs 3:5,6 - Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own                    understanding

John 14:26 – (Jesus speaking)  the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will          send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have            said to you.
Hebrews 4:12 - For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-              edged sword….
Jeremiah 23:29,30 - Is not my word like fire,” declares the Lord, “and like a hammer          that breaks a rock in pieces?.  “Therefore,” declares the Lord, “I am against the                  prophets who steal from one another words supposedly from me.
